7 Intellectual Property Rights

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any VS77 content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of VS77's brand name, logo, or trademarks is not permitted.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy the game software is a criminal offence.

As a user, you are granted a limited license to use the VS77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is non-transferable and will be automatically revoked upon any breach of the Terms & Conditions.

8 Limitation of Liability

VS77 is committed to delivering the highest quality service. However, VS77's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• When a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connectivity or a technical fault.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

• Any verified balance can be withdrawn before account closure.
• For accounts closed due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions, the balance may not be returned.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period (12 months or more).
